Order API

The Order API is one of Nuvias’s longest-standing innovations and was created specifically to meet the needs of our service provider customers.

Robust and highly scalable, the API is stable and performant and provides a formal contract in the form of a WSDL. The API offers customers the ability to save operating costs, reduce errors, and update your end customers on the status of their orders in real-time. This speeds up the exchange of order processing and validation. It also ensures that we can process API orders earlier in its warehouse process resulting in a more efficient service, reducing the time from order to shipment.

We have implemented an API based on the exchange of information over a secure SOAP interface. As a result, you’ll need to have the necessary skills to integrate your local systems into this API. We can advise on outsourced development services if skills are not available in-house, but the API has been designed to be simple to implement if the information provided within this documentation is followed. Sample code in JAVA can be supplied to assist any development team with the implementation along with consultancy time as part of the standard on-boarding.
